Trial and Paused

The free beta#

A few brands use Cannonball free while it's in beta, by personal invitation. Your invite is a private link for your brand: open it, enter your work email, and the sign-in link takes you into setup with your brand filled in, then to its products. Each link works once and lapses after 14 days.

• What you get: everything in Growth, with every retailer group, for as long as the beta runs. There's no trial countdown and your account is never paused.
• What it isn't: there are no service levels while it's a beta, and features, coverage and data may change as we build. See the terms.
• Feedback: the Feedback link in the header opens a short form. It goes straight to Willem, with the page you were on if you keep it ticked, and he replies by email.
• When it ends: we'll talk to you well before anything about your account changes, and we'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email before you'd need a plan. Nothing is charged unless you choose one.

The trial#

A new brand gets 14 days of Growth, with every retailer group, and no card. The header shows the days left, and Settings shows the date it ends. An owner or admin can choose a plan any time from See plans. Once it's paid, nothing changes on the day the trial ends.

When the trial ends#

If you haven't chosen a plan, your account is Paused:

• Nothing is deleted. Your products, rivals, alert rules and team stay as they are, and we keep watching your shelf.
• Home shows the counts only: how many stores are out of stock, how many rival promos started, how many ranging warnings, without store or product names.
• Everything else is locked until your plan is paid: product detail, Products, store names, What changed, Ask and alerts.

An owner or admin chooses a plan from Paused · Choose a plan in the header (Paused on a phone). We email an invoice within one business day, and it all opens again once it's paid. A member sees who chooses the plan, with a button to nudge them by email.
