Build this week's store list for reps
The stores your reps should visit this week, ranked by how long you've been off the shelf, ready to load into their app.
Availability Every plan. CSV export on Brand and up.
1. Start from what's been out longest#
- Go to Stores.
- Choose Out of stock 2+ days.
The list is sorted by days out, longest first. A store out for 9 days has a supply or ranging problem worth a visit. One out for two days may sort itself out with the next delivery.
2. Narrow it to the territory#
- Choose the chain.
- Choose the state, or search for a store by name.
- For a rep's patch, enter its postcodes under Territory (postcodes) and click Show. If the rep has set stores, turn on My stores instead. See My stores, territory and map.
Click Show on a map to check the patch looks right.
3. Add the stores that should range you#
- Choose Not ranged, with the same chain and state.
These stores don't range at least one of your products that their chain sells. A rep can ask for it.
4. Export it#
On each list, click Export, then CSV: stores. Each row is a store, with its store number, chain and state, its postcode and map position where we have them, how many of your products are out, the longest days out, and how many are on promo. For a row per product at each store, choose CSV: by product.
5. Next week, check it worked#
On Stores, under Change, choose Back in stock, set Since the end of to the day you sent the list, and click Show. Those are the stores that came back.
