What each plan includes, and how products, rivals, seats and history are counted.
Prices are in Australian dollars, excluding GST. Annual plans are billed for 10 months and run 12.

How products are counted#
A plan counts your own products. Rivals and store brands have their own limit. A product sold at several chains is one product: plans count your largest number of products at any one chain. If you have 8 products at Coles and 6 at Woolworths, that's 8. Settings shows "Plans count 8 of yours" when the two numbers differ.
Rivals#
Solo and Brand allow a number of rivals for each of your products: 2 per product on Solo and 5 per product on Brand. That's a total across your list, so you can watch more rivals for one product and fewer for another.
History#
A plan sets how far back charts, past-day store lists and What changed reach: 90 days on Solo, 12 months on Brand, and full history on Growth and Enterprise. Earlier days are kept and open on a plan with more history. See History.
Ask#
Ask is included on every plan, with no limit on questions, under fair use. A trial has a smaller allowance. See Ask.
When you reach a limit#
The app tells you where you are, such as "3 of 25 set" on Alerts, and names the plan that lifts the limit. Reaching a limit only stops you adding more. Nothing you already have is removed.
