Guide
Export for a meeting
Make a one-page PDF of a product, and the store lists behind it, in under a minute.
Availability PDF on every plan. CSV on Brand and up.
1. Set up the page#
- Open the product.
- Choose the chart range that tells the story: 90 days for a recent problem, 1 year for a review.
2. Save it as a PDF#
- Click Export, then PDF.
- In the print dialog, choose Save as PDF, and save.
The PDF has the header line, the four numbers, both charts with promos shaded on the price chart, and the Checked stamp, without the app's menu. For your own product it adds its ranging history, a row a week (further apart on a long range).
3. Add the store lists#
From the product, click Stores, choose a list such as Out of stock 2+ days, and export the CSV.
4. Or take the whole pack#
For a meeting with one chain's buyer, the Buyer meeting pack makes the deck for you: ranging, stock, promos, price and rivals at that chain, as PowerPoint or PDF.
5. Keep it inside the room#
The PDF and CSV are for your meetings. To give a colleague the live page instead, see Send something to a colleague.
