Find the supermarkets where you're out of stock

Cannonball lists, for each of your products, the Coles, Woolworths, IGA and ALDI stores where it is out of stock, how long each has been out, and the stores out for two days or more first, updated every day.

Updated 5 October 2026

A single day out is noise. Nine days is a problem.

A store that sells through on Saturday and restocks on Monday doesn't need a visit. A store that's been out for nine days has a supply or ranging problem. The Stores list sorts by days out, so the stores worth a call come first.

Before the sales numbers tell you

Scan data arrives weeks later and says what sold, not that the shelf was empty. Cannonball shows the empty shelf while there's still time to fix it: this week's promo, this month's range review.

Alerts only when it matters

Set an alert on any product: out of stock at more than a number of stores for two days or more. You get one email when it fires, rolled up ("37 WA stores"), never one per store, and nothing on quiet days.

FAQ

Questions people ask

How do I know which Coles stores are out of stock of my product?

In Cannonball, open the product and go to Stores: every Coles store out of stock is listed with the day it ran out, the longest first. The same works for Woolworths, IGA and ALDI where they show availability.

Can I send the list to my field team?

Yes. Export any store list as a CSV for a rep app or spreadsheet, or a PDF for a meeting.
