Check a promo actually ran

IGA stores are independently owned, so a promotion you've funded may run at some stores and not others. The same check works for any chain.

1. Confirm it started#

On Home, or in What changed for the product, look for "went on promo at IGA". The price change shows when we have it. The scope says where: National, some states, or one store.

2. List the stores running it#

1. Open the product, and click Stores.
2. Set the chain to IGA.

The On promo column marks each store running it, and Price shows its price there. Stores that range it but show no promo weren't running it at the latest check. Open a store to see how deep its promo is.

Or, under Change, choose Went on promo, set Since the end of to the day before the promo, and click Show: the stores that started it.

3. Count the take-up#

On the product page, under On promo now, IGA's row says how many of the IGA stores that range it run the promo. Click "See the … without it" for the ones that don't. Or, on the product's Stores list, set the chain to IGA and choose Ranged, no promo.

4. Check it ended when it should#

Run the same check after the promo's end date. Stores still on promo are still discounting. To see each store's end, on the product's Stores list choose Came off promo under Change, set Since the end of, and click Show.
