Read Home in 30 seconds
A morning routine: what to look at first on Home, and what to do about it.
Availability Every plan
1. Check the stamp#
Next to the title, "Checked today" and a time means the numbers are from today's check. If it's amber, a check was missed, and the numbers are from the last one that finished. Hover over the stamp to see why. See Freshness.
2. Read the first few changes#
Changes come newest day first and biggest first within each day, so the top of the list is what matters most. For each one, read three things:
- Yours or a rival's? Your out-of-stocks and drops are problems. A rival's are openings.
- Where? National is a head-office decision. "WA only" is regional. A store's name is usually noise.
- How big? The number of stores, or the price move in %.
3. Glance at the three numbers#
Red under In stock or Stores ranged means a worse week than last. The change list tells you why.
4. Act on what matters#
Click a change that counts stores, such as "out of stock at 37 stores", to see those stores. The menu (⋮) on a change also offers Set an alert for this, and on Brand and up, Export the stores (CSV). See Act on a change.
5. Make it quieter#
In a change's menu (⋮), choose Hide this rival for a rival product you don't care about, or Hide single-store moves if one-store changes are noise to you. Your Home is shorter straight away. Only you see the difference.
Nothing there?#
Nothing changed on your shelf means nothing moved at the stores we read. That's the best Home there is.
