    Stores to fix

Today's stores for your field reps: where your promo isn't running, a shelf is empty, or a product is missing or leaving. Most urgent first, by state, with a route and a CSV for your rep app.

Availability Every plan. CSV export on Brand and up.

Stores to fix: the sample brand's stores by state, most urgent first, each with its address and what to fix there, product by product

Open it from Stores (Stores to fix). It lists the stores where your own products need a visit, grouped by state (by region in New Zealand), the most urgent first. Each store shows its address, its store number and what to fix there, product by product.

    What to fix#

Each reason is counted the way its own page counts it, so the numbers agree everywhere:

    • Promo not running: your promo is on in the store's state, but this store's price, read this promo week, is the normal one. The same check as Promo week, at Coles, Woolworths, Woolworths NZ, Dan Murphy's, Liquorland and BWS.
    • Promo not taken up: at IGA, a store that ranges your promoted product without the promo. Each IGA store chooses its own specials, so this is a conversation, not a mistake.
    • Out of stock: ranged, and out of stock for 2 days or more, as on the Stores list and Shelf gaps. At Coles.
    • Dropped: the store dropped a product of yours that Coles is taking out of stores this week (Leaving the range). A store that dropped it and took it back isn't listed.
    • No longer ranged: the store ranged your product and has been read as not ranging it for 2 days or more, while 80% or more of the chain's stores we read in that state still range it (and we read at least 10 there). At Coles and IGA. A store that never ranged it isn't listed: that's the chain's range for the store.

    How stores are ranked#

Most urgent first, reason by reason: the stores with the most promos not running come first (the promo week ends), then the most shelf lost (empty shelves, those of 7 days or more counting more, and products being dropped), then the longest empty shelf, then products no longer ranged and promos not taken up. Many small things never outrank an urgent one.

    Your patch#

Narrow the list to a rep's patch: a Chain, a State or region, a Territory (postcodes) such as 2000-2234, 2500, and My stores only (the stores you added to My stores). Tick reasons to see only those, such as Out of stock. Each region shows its 20 most urgent stores; choose the region to see all of them.

    Today's route#

Most urgent first is the ranked list. The route option puts each region's 10 most urgent stores in visiting order: it starts at the most urgent, and each next stop is the nearest one left, as the crow flies, with the distance from the stop before. Your map app plans the roads. Set a territory first: a whole state is more than a day's drive.

    Use it to#

    1. Each morning, set your territory (or tick My stores only) and switch to the route.
    2. Export the CSV and load it into your rep app, or print the page: Export, then PDF.
    3. At each store, fix the top reasons first: the promo price tag, then the empty shelves.
    4. For a product being dropped or no longer ranged, talk to the store manager, and tell your account manager.

    Export#

Export gives Rep CSV (stores to fix): one row per thing to fix at a store, for your patch, every store (not only the ones shown). Its columns: rank, rank in the state, the stop on today's route, chain, store, store number, address, postcode, state, latitude and longitude, what to fix, product, brand, size, since when, whether that's when our data starts (so it may be longer), days out of stock, the detail and the product id. See Export.

    What it can't tell you#

    • Street addresses come from each chain's store locator. Woolworths (in Australia), IGA and ALDI don't give one, so those rows have the postcode and the state only.
    • Empty shelves and drops are counted at Coles only for now, the chain whose stock and ranging we read at every store, every day. Other chains join once their reads can say the same.
    • It says what's wrong on the shelf, not why: a chain's own reasons (a range review, a supply issue) aren't published.
