    Agency workspace

One sign-in for an agency's people across all its client brands, with each client's data kept separate.

Availability Agencies and brokers in the partner program. Free for partners.

We set up an agency workspace when you join the partner program. See Partners.

    How it works#

    • Each client brand is its own account. It has its own products, rivals, alerts and team, and its own plan. Its own people see their brand only.
    • Your agency's people reach every client through the agency, without using the client's seats. Your owners and admins are admins on each client brand, and your members are members. A client's Team list shows them with Agency, and the client can't change or remove them there.
    • You switch between clients from the brand switcher at the top of the menu, or by searching for the client's name. All clients opens the agency workspace.

    All clients#

The workspace lists every client brand, the one that needs you most this week first, so the Monday check is one page. The order comes from each client's Home briefing: how many stores are hit, for how many days. Empty shelves and drops count in full; rivals' moves and your own price rises count half; good news doesn't count. See Home.

    Each client shows:

    • Its state (days left on its trial, Paused, or its plan), whether it's resold or referred, and how many products it has.
    • The first finding on its Home, in the same words. Click it to open that client at the evidence.
    • What its own pages count this week, only where there's something: Shelf gaps at Coles (products listed but empty, and leaving the range), promos without the promo price at some stores (the Promo week execution check), Stores to fix, and alert rules that fired. Each opens that page for the client.

Each number is the one the client's own page shows, worked out the same way. Nothing compares one chain with another.

The tile At risk on their Home counts the clients with a risk, a rival's move or a price rise of theirs on their Home this week. After them come clients with only counts, then clients with nothing this week, then any whose numbers couldn't be read just now, then paused clients and ones with no products yet.

    Monthly client reports#

Report beside a client downloads its monthly shelf report as a PDF: the last 4 weeks at every chain its products are at, up to 6 chains. After a cover, a summary lists each chain's findings and this week's findings from the client's Home. Then each chain's slides follow, the same as its buyer-meeting pack. It's made when you click, from the latest data.

    • Your branding. The report carries your logo and "Prepared by" your name, like every client PDF. Under white label, the reports for the clients you resell carry your name only, with no mention of Cannonball anywhere in the file.
    • Only measured numbers. Each chain is measured on its own, and the report never compares one chain with another. Under each chain's name the summary says what we read there, and what its slides leave out and why (ranging and stock at Woolworths and ALDI are read at a sample of stores; IGA lists only what a store sells). Chains past the first 6, or with nothing read, are named on the cover.
    • Who gets a Report button. Clients whose shelf can be read. Paused clients and clients with no products yet have none.
    • By email, if you want it. Under Monthly client reports, an owner or admin can turn the email on or off with Turn on. It's off until someone turns it on. On the 1st of each month from 8:00 (Sydney time), each of the agency's owners and admins gets one email. It has a link to each client's report, for the clients they're on. Nothing is attached: the link makes the report when it's opened, after you sign in. Turned on after the 1st, it starts on the 1st of the next month.

    Add a client brand#

    1. From the brand switcher, choose Add client brand.
    2. Type the client's brand as it's printed on the pack, and choose it.
    3. Tick the client's products, then confirm.

The client's shelf opens. New clients start on a free 30-day trial of Growth, and up to 5 can be on trial at once. To add another, put one on a plan in Billing, or wait for a trial to end.

    Billing: resell or refer#

For each client, an owner or admin of the agency chooses in Billing:

    • Resell: you pay us a wholesale price and bill your client yourself.
    • Refer: your client pays us, and you earn a share.

A resold client's plan is yours to set: its own people see no plans and can't choose one. A referred client pays us, so it can choose its plan itself. See Your clients' plans.

The billing page shows what you pay us a month and what you earn. Nothing is charged in the app: we invoice you monthly. The terms are on the Partners page.

    Your branding on exports#

Your clients' PDF exports carry your logo (or your name), a "Prepared by" line with your name, and your referral link at the foot. In Branding, an owner or admin uploads your logo and sets the name clients see. PDFs print the light logo; the dark one is for the app's dark theme under white label. With white label, the clients you resell get "Prepared by" your name only, with your support email and no referral link. See Export.
