Send to a colleague
Send a product to your KAM, broker or rep in one email. They sign in and land on what you sent.
Availability Every plan with a free seat. Someone already on your team uses no seat; someone new takes one, so Solo, with 1 seat, can't invite anyone.
Send a product#
- On the product page, click Send to a colleague.
- Enter their work email and click Send.
They get one email. It opens the product after they sign in. If they're not on your team yet, this invites them, so they take a seat. See Team and roles.
Links#
The Stores and What changed pages, and a store page on a past day, keep their filters and dates in the address. A product page's address opens that product. Copy it from your browser and send it to a colleague on your team, and they see the same view. A link set to My stores shows your colleague their own My stores. A link opens only for people signed in to the same brand. Nothing opens for anyone outside your team.
Why there are no public links#
A public link could put your shelf data in front of anyone it's forwarded to, including a retailer. To show someone outside your team, export a PDF.
