    History

How far back you can look, and what the app shows before the data starts.

    What's kept#

Nothing is ever thrown away. Any day since a chain's data began can be explored, as far back as your plan's history reaches:

    • Product charts from 30 days to All, or Custom dates.
    • Stores as they stood at the end of any past day. See The stores on a past day.
    • What changed between any two of those days. See What changed.

    Where it starts#

History starts on the first day we read each chain, so a chain added later starts later. Before that, pages say "Data starts on …", never zero.

    Your plan's history#

Your plan sets how far back you can look: 90 days on Solo, 12 months on Brand, full history on Growth and Enterprise. Earlier days are kept, and open on a plan with more history: the app says "Your plan shows history from …".

    Gaps#

If a day has no new data, it shows the latest data before it. If a day was built late, it's marked, and a change on it may show a day late. See Freshness.
